I don't know, when I saw an ICO have reached a softcap, or so many were interested in the ICO, or the ICO joined a strong company, of course it would make a big possibility for me to be interested and participate in the project.

Here on Bitcointalk. There are tons of projects, that are posting their ANN every day. It usually costs a lot of time, to find the good one. You can also check the influencers of the crypto would, what do they recommend.

First, you can check the evaluation of ico on rating sites such as, foxico, icomarks, trackico and so on. The best ranking site in my opinion is icodrops. then do your own research: look through the white paper, how much people in the community, make an assessment of the community, team, partnerships.. if the project has a bounty, a good one can still be determined by the number of high ranked members of the forum in the signature campaign.

you can find it on ico rating websites and one of the primary example is ico bench where you can be able to know the ratings of professionals on a specific project. This is a really big help specially to any newcomer on this crypto space. Of course we should not be just basing our decision on that. We should do our in dept research diving deep into the website and whitepaper.

This forum is not the place to find the good projects IMO, there are websites specialized to the subject of finding good ICOs. I am talking about rating sites mainly, like ICO Drops for example.

I can find some interesting ICO to invest on the bitcointalk announcement, Actually they are so many ICO that can choose to invest on it. But we will need to search each of them if they are totally have some good quality and have a chance to success of their ICO. Ill know we can find of them but it was too hard to choose a potential ICO.

I find my interesting ICO to a trusted campaign manager that I really admire and always follow him in what he always ask to us. And I think sticking to a good campaign manager can give you a 100% trusted campaign that can really grow your investments. Just like what I did before when I started participative ICO when I try many campaign I learn that one of them was the good way of managing the campaign and all are good ICO. I think you also look for a trusted campaign manager.
