before choosing which ICO is good as well as paying attention to the rarities first ..
1. Projects that have a concept / goal to complete mass in the real world.
2. Read the White paper, read complete and understand the Whitepaper regarding the project, identify the details of the project and where the project's objectives are going.
3. Soft-stamp and hard-stamp, pay attention to how many minimum and maximum targets of their ICO sales, how logical / reasonable are the target funds they set to run and develop the project.
4. The team that has experience and has a good review, of course with an experienced team will make it easier for them to run the ICO because they already have experience from project 2 that they handled beforehand so that they are more careful not to fall into the same group.
5. Roadmap / Roadmap, the project must have a plan that is neatly arranged and clear.

well, of course this forum has provided a lot of good new ico information. every day I see a new ico born, this actually makes people more confused because there are too many choices. I think this works very well - simply set google alerts for "ICO" and voila, you will get a constant newsflow on ICOs!  Wink
However, there's simply a lot to sieve through and an effective way to understand ICOs in-depth would be to attend events held by the companies offering the ICOs. Would need to get access to invitation though.

I will prefer to this forum, at least there are an experienced member that will comment at the ICO, that is a quite a factor to choose an ICO. Beside that we still need to learn and do research about the ICO.
