i want to sell my pp and this user send me msg and we deal on this site.
20 pp with 17.5 btc
i already send him paypal money but he is saying money is frozen and not sending me btc
and i tell him to refund but he is saying money is frozen.
WHAT CAN I DO?

why people cheats.
20 doller is important amount for me.http://

you can try contacting paypal and saying them you were scammed, or that your account has been hacked and you want the payment refunded, i heard it works, i dunno how to do it though, but there must be guides online on how to do it and what to say

just ignore him, do not respond to his messages anymore as he may try  to use it against you
also this forum is "libertarian", as in freedom of speech is deemed important, so you can always say whatever you want, threads like these are allowed, even if maybe misplaced

the amount can be low still being his money and being robbed by someone is not something that can be accepted, if it were in real life the thief would already be in prison
