From the whitepaper, they did leave the date open for the end of the ICO, but it does say that when a cap of 70k ETH is reached they will end the ICO.  (70,000 ETH) * (2000 LATX per ETH) = 140,000,000 LATX cap, and they are at 25,800,000 sold so far, thus I would think at least through the end of December, maybe 12/28?     

Latium.org also states in FAQ "The LATX tokens will be distributed on January 5th, 2018,"  so logically the ICO would end before then?

this one is a no-brainer, even if you throw just $100 in, then put on your seatbelt, it's going to be a fun ride.

However, as of yesterday, latium is doing their next buyer bonus differently.  It now caps at 500, so 1 ETH will get you 2000 tokens plus a max bonus of 500.  Not sure why they did this, as token sales have dropped significantly, so they might change it again.

I think this is the right decision. High bonuses could adversely affect the exchange rate of the token.

I agree.  Something also to consider, and this is a good thing, right now they want to grow WIDE, get as many tokens out there as they can, since they are not really diluting the token value, (0.25 is already pretty much the lowest baseline).  To accomplish the goals of their business plan, latium needs a lot of coin to be circulating, and then the coin will increase in value, more likely at a slower, stable, conservative rate, from a much wider base.    So, as bonuses would dilute the value of the token, it's best to issue the bonus now while the token is priced so low.  That's just my speculation...

in the end what i see is a project that can achieve:

1. Lower unemployment rate
2. Higher level of efficiency in output for platforms like social media sites and apps
3. reduce the rate of spamming in community driven platforms
