Money can buy happiness?

You can go out for a trip, buy new house , new car, and date girls, then why do you still say money cannot buy happiness?

Money is necessary for happiness if you're empoverished, but if you have a roof on top of your head and enough money to survive and to contribute to your family/community, you should ideally look for happiness elsewhere.
A new car will attract all the wrong girls.

Money can make the life more happy for those who have money and want to be happy. Money give more choice. At least for not going to the work which you hate, but have to go there to earn some money for food and apartment.

It doesn't depend on the person. True happiness comes from within for everyone. The best thing money can do is serving as a bandaid or a useful tool. But if you're not in charge of your own mental world you're screwed even with all the wealth in the world.

Maybe money can make someone happy due to material things. But sometimes some rich people are still feeling empty inside.
Yes people need money one of the reason is because they want to make their loved ones,family happy.

That's still dependence on other people. True happiness is independent of external factors. Almost everyone experiences it as a child, and then loses it as they grow older by paying too much attention to human nonsense.

Money can buy happiness?  Well this is half true. Indeed money has a factor in making individual to be happy.  Those desires,  wants and needs that can be buy money which can bring us happiness.  But this states that money makes us happy in indirect way.

I agree, because happiness can be achieved by many things like having something you love or doing something you love without using money like playing basketball and being with your loved ones.

Money is the need of this century, money can buy us happiness because with money we are able to get good education. good education means good career and good health as nowadays treatment is very expensive. Yes, you're right. But we must put in our mind that crying is not the basis of being weak or strong. In contrast,  money can only buy temporary happiness to everyone.  Having a good health than plenty of money can appreciate the true meaning of happiness together with our family and love-ones. In similar with your thought, its better to live in a side walk with only one true friend than in a palace with plenty of people  that surround us and critic us in our back.

Money can guarantee you a comfortable and interesting life. But to a great pity (or happiness) - there are still a lot of things that you cant buy or sell: Love, Friendship etc
