The best thing to do about it is just to ignore them. We are working because we need to earn for our families and I believe that they ain't doing any good things for us so we better ignore them as long as theur not hurting us but if they're doing too much, we must fight for our rights.

Actually you can't if they dont like you even though you love the job. Because they are always thier to destroy you blame you etc.  and thats the reasons you need to find another job with good coworkers.

at work will certainly be there are people like that. If you are not familiar with this then only make a career job we will never move forward. Perhaps the best way is to be able to adjust to bully it, create just as comfortable as possible.

my suggestion is kick them back as long as you are in right position, don't be afraid if you are right. stand up ! and speak out !. we should fight back every single of bullying because it's a crime

Talk to them like any other person you would at work and not giving them any special attention. Don’t let them affect you at all. Their just projecting their shit on others.

As in school so there is at work, people who are bullies that will prey on people whom they think are weaker.

I agree you have to fight back as hard as that is because the bullying will only escalate. Yet this will not always solve the problem

You will encounter psychopaths that no matter how many times you talk to them or try and reason will never really stop. Its in their nature.

You can take the tiger out of the jungle but not take the jungle out of the tiger.

If its on the job issue it should also be handled by superiors to put a stop to it. If they do not it will only get worse and they should not be in the leadership positions to begin with.

In real life I have seen bosses that skirt the issue or they themselves are too intimidated to do anything about it. They just let it be.

This will only lead to employees losing respect to their bosses and this bullying on the job to escalate.

You can deal with a bully and change the bully’s behavior if you are willing to practice personal courage. But, you must do something. The bully will not go away; if you make yourself an easy target, you will only encourage the bully.

It depends upon the level of bullying. If it doesn't affect your daily performance at work then just try to deal with them nicely or just ignore them when they are bullying you. However, if their bullying affects your daily performances and if it affects your personal life too much, it is better if you fight for your rights and fight back in a right way sometimes.

You already know a right answer. You need to be mature and stay away from bullies as long as possible. Or change a job as a last resort. Some morons are not worth your time, energy and emotions. Just don't waste it at all for them.

Start to answer them the same. While you are offended, upset because of their attacks, they will continue to entertain in this way. If it's just verbal jokes, then turn on a sense of humor and try to joke in a comic manner more painfully.
