Yes investing in the ICOs projects has big chance to get a lot of profit in couples weeks and months
it is no need large of money for invest in the ICOs and also can use large of money too,
depending on the skills of management risk in investment, the purpose alt coins for 2-3 years holding is get the profit
Why must wait up to 2-3 years to getting profit, if with ICOs can get the profit in short time.

I heard from my friend that he was holding for a few years a coin, so when the prices went up he instant sold them and made profit. You can do that, but you can also invest in BTC and ETH.

I rarely invest long term since we can not be sure of anything in this market. I think it's worth investing in but the potential altcoin is listed on the top 10 coinmarketcap and you will definitely be profitable for 6 months, which is really easy if we do not sell when the price is low.

In all likelihood the next Ethereum hasn't even been launched yet.

I like Stratis, Ark, Zcash, IOTA among others for a 2 - 3 year window.

Some altcoins are worth holding 3 years i know a friend he was holding a coin for 2 or 3 years. He made a massive amount of money out of it. So it is worth to hold and not to sell them quickly.

I am now also holding altcoins, but i did convert them to Bitcoin. I am now beginning to collect more altcoins.

They are worth very well holding them for so long. Many people are selling it very quickly while if you have waited the coin was maybe pumped up so you could have more money.

I have converted them to bitcoin because it will take so long. I have now made profit because of the altcoins converting to bitcoins.
