The cards are still under warranty. I would contact Asus. If you don't want to wait for an RMA, they may be able to ship you replacement fans.

I am in the same situation. Did you found this replacement fan anywhere? Or able to repair it? I couldn't.

Where's OP, have you fix your problem? Only adding and share my own experience, in case another member has the same problem with OP's
ASUS have an issue with fan, all of my R9 series card run with 100% fan-speed, but only ASUS that troubled with the fan (more than one ASUS card). MSI, XFX, and Sapphire seem fine till now.
I didn't have time to repair its fan, so I'm just adding 12V PWM fan on the front of that broken fan. Seem worked well for me.

Just because I do not want to start another thread with the same topic I am simply going to ask my question here, sorry if it's off topic. I have RX580, but Sapphire Nitro+ Special Edition and yesterday I heard that 2 fans on 2 different cards are making some noises and I think of replacing them, because I do not want any trouble in future. The cards came without spare fans tho. Is it possible to just buy some replacement fans, ofc I will get the same sized fans, not bigger or smaller and install them on my GPUs? Would that interfere in any way with the card?

As long as its dimension same as the original one, It's okay. Like I said in other posts before, I even add external 12inc fan (12V) and use different power source.

Not just possible, it's often better. You need a good fans (Delta Electronics), same size as heat sink. Not gpu fans, just fans. Then remove everything from card except the heat sink and put a new ones firmly. You need an external power supply for it, not from card but from PSU or MB. And it'll be noiser. In my practice, the cooling is even better than the original solution. It also often cheaper and designed to work 24/7 at 100%, unlike original fans which worn out quite fast if set to 100%. In case of turbine cooling new heat sink might be needed if it doesn't allow air intake from a top of it. https://youtu.be/G5KdntuEbLM

It is possible, but if you want replacement fans then, according to Vann, you can get them directly from sapphire for not that high price: Replacements are $12.50 each including shipping from Sapphire and they are super easy to replace.
Isn't sapphire only selling led versions, that slightly different (0.35 vs 0.42 current, different noise floor). Only place I've found CF1015H12D selling is single lot on ali, that not available anymore, and it was $26.5 per fan. So, can you tell where are you getting such cheap replacements from sapphire directly? The replacement black fans are available from Sapphire. Email Sapphire at tech@althonmicro.com. The LED fans are for retail stores. Also, more generally good advice it that thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2949541.0;all

I might try that in the near future. The problem is that my rig is currently in the middle of my living room, since I cannot afford moving to a bigger apartment, just because it's not worth it just for this rig to do this. I am planning on expanding, depending on both CMC and GPU markets, and if I see some kind of a green light I might just do that and for sure I will try this technique. Currently my fans are working at 35-40% load and the cards are around 45 Celsius, which is really good imo. I might buy an external fan just for the summer, because I do not have AC in my apartment and I will need to find a solution about that it.

Sapphire nitro gpus and pulse ones are great because Its easy fix. U can buy extra fans, Its Good to have when u get a fan failure. You can find on amazon or newegg spare fans to buy for your gpu. Or if you live in sweden like me : https://www.komplett.se/product/903002/datorutrustning/pc-komponenter/kylningvattenkylning/flakt/sapphire-nitro-quick-connect-flakt#productinfo

That's good, but also, you need to cool another component on the left and right those fan cooler. That's why its default heatsinks were long enough to reach another element next to it.
