You're right. That alone wouldn't be a reason to call them scams. But that's not the only indicator and there have been numerous other factors that expose this as a clear fraud, such as the repeated lying about funds raise and the refusal of making them public.

We should rather look for clear certainty about this project that has happened in the present.It isn't good to conclude on this project issue.

When I wrote this message, the coinlancer was blocked on cryptopy. Because of the aggressive policy of spam.They are now rubbing negative messages addressed to them in a telegram. In general, an ordinary scam project.

Yeah it happened with me and hitbtc and bittrex . I bought a coin then hitbtc locked wallet withdraw then pumped coins on bittrex
Bittrex is hitbtc sister company or the other way around
I did have a source saved but I have deleted it
