Wow, this is good news to hear. It means the demand for bitcoin is increasing in your city. Out of curiosity, what is the fees for buying and selling Bitcoin using the atm in your city?
IMO, if the fee is less than 10%, it is still reasonable for the conveniences.

They are provided by the same issuer or there are several brands for these ATM machines? PS where you come from =?

Buying bitcoin fee is around usually around 10%-25% depending on the ATM. Some ATM have 3% fee. There are a few different brands.
Selling bitcoin is 0% fee.

I get really depressed when I read things like this. My country has 4 bitcoins machines so I consider myself really lucky to live in a city with one Hopefully the trend will come to other parts of the world as well.

Bitcoin ATMs are the most underrated form of buying/selling Bitcoin there is. It is just too bad the rates tend to be much higher than other methods.

Where are you from OP? 50% increase in four months, that's a pretty rapid expansion, especially considering there were only 3 a few years ago. We have a grand total of 4 in my country, and in rather close proximity to each other. I wish there was one in my vicinity because I honestly have no idea how one would work. Do they give better rates than your local exchanges, or are they charging a hefty convenience fee? Are there maximum withdrawal amounts?

Let us now prepare that the world will not be covered by evil and will not rob us. This is the beginning of the crypto revolution and we will soon be able to use it

How I wish there'd be Bitcoin ATM machines in our country and area too. At least I won't have to transfer my funds to my bank and then withdraw it from the machine. Hopefully there'd be Bitcoin Debit Card too so I can just place my money there and don't really have to go far and travel just to get my cash.

In my country ,I heard there is one already though it's still fine since more bank were putting some options to convert btc to our fiats and cash it out easily. The bank option is a no go for many BTC users. It defeats the whole purpose of anonymity. BTC cash machines are installed by 3rd party and theoretically you can do your transactions without government monitoring you. And anyway if you don't have problems using your bank account you can get payments from some exchanges directly to it and you can buy BTC with your card.

Bitcoin ATM's have made a big change in the accessibility of bitcoin as well other conventional money. I'm not sure about the present atm implementation, but in the past ATM's had a high transaction fee for which several ATM's around different parts of the world has been taken away from usage.

There's more ATMs in my area as well, I've only used it once and it's quite a fascinating experience to see it operate smoothly see the physical manifestation of the blockchain and also it's great way to raise awareness to Bitcoin too.
