I have such transactions in the history Etherdelta not see... some of the coins the developer kept the part was left for the development of the project. I was talking about that in history somebody dumped 173k of tokens, by tracking this wallet there is no any other tokens but IBTC, ethplorer showin 36 ETH in/out.

He handed out 80%, it remained 20% ~ 4200000 coins. Now on account of 3800000, can not be spent 900 000 coins, simple math. And the fact that he spends coins on the development of the project quite well, but it would be nice to know when and what.
