         Just an update on the pre-sale and where we are at.  

1.  All payments received are going to be sent out, we have a very big backlog.
2.  If you placed an order and sent us BTC/LTC/DOGE, do not worry if it says it has timed out, we have a record of every order and if need be, we will email you for a TX ID.
3.  We are currently working on the problem of the greyed out payment page, our web dev has not been contactable for this for personal reasons but is now on it and the sales should resume soon.
4.  Please stop sending us emails and PM's we cannot keep up with them, especially when some people are emailing less than an hour after purchase.
5.  Allow us to catch up on all payments and emails, then we will be contacting you if we need the TX ID to verify your payments.
6.  The main site will not run like this and will have an automated ticket system and the whole process will be for the most part automated from a users perspective.


And finally we apologize for any inconvenience caused, we were not expecting such a flood of orders today or emails, we are doing our best to catch up and we thank you for your support.

I would suggest to suspend ico , until you finish sending all credence coins, till the last one
So it will be more easy for you to handle the others that will come

Hi, we have caught up with nearly all emails and all confirmed payments that we have received have been paid.

If your order is still outstanding, and it says canceled, please do not worry, this is a system error that some are seeing but others are not.
It is to do with the fees and where you are paying from.

Rest assured every order that is sent, we have a record of, so although you may see it as canceled, it is not, it is just "Pending" from our side.

And what that means is, we need you to send the TX ID of your order, and as soon as that happens, we will send out payments.

We have had nearly 150 orders last night/today and just as many emails, so we have done our best to keep up and catch up.

So please do not stress if your order says canceled but you send funds to us, please do the following -

1.   Create an email with your invoice number in the subject line eg "ORDER #390"
2.   In the message please include your wallet address and your TX ID, not in picture form or screen shot, but the actual number so that we can quickly paste it into the block explorer to verify.
3.  Send it to payments@credencepresale.com

You should receive your payment and an email from us within a few hours at most.

So for now, we are taking a break, 17 hours in front of the PC is very draining and Red Bull and Coffee only works for so long.

On that note, thank you again to every one who has supported Credence Coin so far, we won't let you down, and our pre-sale site, is not indicative of what our main site and lending/referral platform will be, so please keep that in mind.

Also, not many picked up on it, but quite a few posts back we said we will have an announcement about Credence, that should be in the next 24 hours and we are confident you will like it.

So for now we are signing out, we will continue tonight/tomorrow, depending on where you live and pick up where we left off, to process all payments and all emails and rest assured, if you have not been paid but have placed an order and paid, you WILL receive your funds in the very near future and at the price you paid for them for, not at the new price if you paid at the previous entry point.
