Hi everyone, just a further update,
We have just gone through and paid every confirmed order we have up to order number #560 ,we have also sent our several emails to people who we can see as confirmed as paid, but they did not add their wallet address to their order, so when we receive those addresses your CRDNC will be sent out.
For everyone who has emailed us they are seeing their orders as "Canceled" or have not received payment for whatever reason, we are now going through every email to reply to you and if we can confirm payment, your order will be sent out directly as we get to each email.
Finally, please note, that due to an internal error on the system, Some but not all payments are showing to you as being "Canceled", we apologize for this but as previously mentioned, it has to do with the payments amount and the shifting price of Bitcoin and the TX Fees from some wallets, we could have used a payment gateway, however most of them seem dodgy to us and also have written in clauses that could potentially freeze your payments and withhold the money, so that is why we are paying manually.
So to summarize, if you have paid and you see your order as "Canceled"
PLEASE DO NOT WORRY as we are receiving every order and we are not canceling any of them, it just means we did not receive a payment confirmation, if this is your situation then please send us an email to
payments@credencepresale.com with your order # in the subject line, the amount you paid, and the TX ID in text form so we can quickly search it, confirm it and pay you.
