Russia, China, South Korea or any country can do what they really want to do. And then who cares?, bitcoin as I have look at it is nearing 4900$ again. So the community has no sense of panic and even slight on giving this attention to this kind of news.

At the same time, government is not part of bitcoin world as of now. So those pronouncements and FUD’s won’t work anymore even it what country a first, second, third world country this belongs.

Bitcoin is decentralized. Period.

Based on my research and i see in facebook information that russia is not banning the bitcoin? So we dont need to panic if china banned the bitcoin and also russia? I know that bitcoin is strong and i believe to bitcoin , becuase many people investing here so keep earning.  Cheesy

I just wonder why bitcoin is banned in China and now to Russia? we know how bitcoin can help us and especially the country's economy so why do they do it. ? Huh
both countries have the same type of governance, they wanted to have such control in any people inside their jurisdiction they felt that crypto can
harmed their economy which they dont have any rules yet placing taxes from this type of investment so i think they do wanted to have much control
and earn as well from this system.

Don't believe this shady news. This is impossible.
Russia start creating RMC (Russian mining center).. and plan create own miner with high speed.
They invested billions dollars to RMC

if it is true Russia will follow in China's footsteps of course it is very bad because Russia is also a country that affects bitcoinand if that happens the price of bitcoin will go down but it will improve as well as yesterday

bitcoin can not be controlled by any country but every country if prohibiting the existence of bitcoin will also affect the price even though the bitcoin price will come back again

Reading the article in the link you provided, there's no surprise to hear such statements from a central bank deputy governor. Maybe, bitcoin poses a threat to their system and they would want to prevent that before people starts supporting bitcoin in a larger scale. It's just sad how major companies also have the autonomy and capacity to ban bitcoin platforms and exchanges. Let's just wait how everything turns out since it is in contradiction with the stand of the country's finance minister. Would the country follow Japan's footsteps for bitcoin future? We never know.

maybe what Russia is doing will have a big impact on bitcoin. but I always believe and believe, bitcoin will still be able to survive and return to have value and maybe its value will be more up than at this time.

Yeah, it meens putin is afraid of bitcoin, which also means that there is some real potential in bitcoin. The more countries that ban bitcoin, the higher the price will be.

Russian policy regarding cryptocurrency and blockchain field is similar to Chinese one. They are trying to control everything, commenting that cryptocurrency is used for financing terrorism. They do not have anything to say. They are still in the 20th century

^ whereas Russia is banned Bitcoin, but why the price is still high?

unlike China yesterday, when they inaugurated Bitcoin, banned immediately also bitcoin prices fall. mm, I think they failed to drop the current Bitcoin price.

I saw news today, there was writed that Bitcoins destiny will be decided till New Year. I think that Russia will not go step by step after China but there is big risk that Cryptocurrencies will be banned.
All that WE can do is only watch...No one can influence on that decision..
Hope I`m wrong and all will Be OK.

All will be ok, don't worry. There are millions wise people living in Russia and many of them are in charge or close to those who are in charge. Russia will never do such stupid thing as banning Bitcoin. As I said, Russia is full of wise and educated people, they work in the world of cryptos on the highest level. Do you know that Ethereum was proposed by Russian cryptocurrency researcher and programmer Vitalik Buterin? They'll be ok, don't worry. )
