Is there any possibility that we will be able to mine using wallet?
Also, did the coin listed in the exchanger yet?

Yes, you can solo mining in the wallet, all you need to do is :
Download the Volp-Qt, Go on the tab "Mine" , Select the type "Solo Mining" , select 1 Thread and then start mine.

Airdrop I missed. When Premine is 102,000,000 VCP, next airdrop could be great.

We will think about doing another airdrop campaign soon. The premine was used and is being used for the following :

1- Research and  Development  of  Energy Wireless Transmission with  Blockchain Technology

2- For marketing & Promotion & Investors

3- ChainEnergy Lab

4- Developers

5- Airdrop -THE 1ST AND 2nd AIRDROP CAMPAIGN FINISHED = 14 MILIONS  DISTRIBUTED

6- Bounty

7 -Masternode

8- More coming soon

Hi, excuse me, what's the wallet for windows?

Due to the incompatibility of some scripts in the implementation of the Volpcoin protocol, we decided to replace the Windows Qt-Volpcoin, listed in github by the beta version of the VCP Web Wallet.

The windows wallet it's still working. We just remove the link from the github. Because we are working on a new version ,that will coming soon.

I've got some Volpcoin from the first airdrops.
What should I do with my old wallet in order to upgrade, do you have some instructions? Thanks.

I have few volpcoins and I thought this one is not pushing thru.
Good thing that the dev made a new thread here in BCT as I'm not that active in bitcoingarden.

You can use the Windows-Qt, because it working and it's not going to stop working.
Soon , we will be publishing the windows-qt. What you can do right now, is to install a virtualbox with Ubuntu14 and download the linux-qt.
After that you can open the linux-qt ,then you close the wallet, paste your wallet.dat of the windows on the linux-qt and start the wallet .
Dont forget to make a backup of your wallet.dat before paste on linux-qt.

You can also use the wallet.dat of the Windows-Qt to the Linux-Qt or if you want you send to the web wallet.

OK thanks for you answer.
I'm not a Linux user so I will continue with the old wallet and wait to update until the new one is released.

I have long deleted Windows-Qt and only kept wallet.dat. And Linux-qt is built on boost1.54, which is not supported by the latest versions of linux

The Volpcoin beta v1.0 only works right now  for the Ubuntu 14.04  . But if you want we can sent the link of the windows-qt for you download.

What's the network difficulty?

Does it still worth CPU mining?
