When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. I have my fee at 0.00100000 and the reserved amount at 0.0000000000.   But changing fee does not effect staking.

i think the dev need to re-arrange the announcement thread because it look so bad in my opinion,
try to add something or at least arrange it in the center and put some image on it.

3- if possible that you could invest and build in making a chat like Mona. with this function we could compete with Mona to have millions market cap easy

4- i know it is too early to ask for a listing in Japan but with time go by if we have some user cases , useful functions we could landing there easy.
    you already know that Japan is number 1 in crypto currency, people there buying like crazy

5- build electrum , web wallet if you could.
