What form of Asset Insurance is being provided? Would be keen to understand who the Underwriting capacity is behind it and what cover is actually available when trading. Do you have any publications around these finer details?
Our policy while redacted for public viewing to a certain extent will be available for review by users upon sign up to the exchange and during the opt-in process. We have been working with Scott Winton Insurance Brokers to help build our multi-layered multi-faceted policy that has bee underwritten by insurers that unfortunately we cannot reveal due to the privy nature of our custom policy.

It's very cool that you work with such giants of the market. This immediately means that with at least you do not run away and as a maximum they will help you to occupy your niche in the market. I hope everything will turn out and profit for all investors.

For the upcoming soft launch there will be 5 of the major crypto's, for the main launch there will be many, many more - we've had approx. 400 coins apply for listings so far and will work to list as many as possible.

We are looking at expanding our current list of fiat pairings althought it depends on the AML/CTF policies each country requires.

Hi,
are there any other features planed for the bid token except the free trading for 30min? As i saw on the pages before you are not planning to get the BID Token to another exchange than blockbid right?
Let´s say the value of one token increased to 50$, so with 0,1% trading fee you have to spend 50.000$ in the next 30min to get to maximum value out of your token. What about all the small investors who just spend a couple of dollars to get into crypto, so the bid would not be interesting for a lot of investors if the value is increasing (besides the gains of the token itself).
What is the plan with POS tokens who are traded on Blockbid are you gonna stake them and does the users get the stake rewards?

Yes, our current supported currencies are AUD, USD, EURO, JPY for live trading beta, and then we have plans to add NZD, INR, HKD, Pound, CAD and more for the full live launch.

Good question Im also interested as Investor in BID in an answer, would be nice if the blockbid Team can answer this.

Blockbid looks like a solid competitor. However, the downside is that the tokens in that case don't offer anything interesting. They allow you to trade for a limited period of time without any fees.

Good question Im also interested as Investor in BID in an answer, would be nice if the blockbid Team can answer this. Great questions We are open to adding and amending features after launch, depending on ongoing user and community feedback. BID TOKEN METRICS: 1 BID redeemed = 30 minutes free trading 3 BID redeemed = 2 hours free trading 25 BID redeemed = 24 hours free trading 500 BID redeemed = 30 days free trading 20000 BID = unlimited free trading for as long as wallet balance is intact; no requirement to redeem. Free trade periods will be timed from the first partial or full order execution following token redemption. BID tokens will be accepted as listing fees from 1st July 2019 - number of BID required for the various tiers of listing yet to be determined. Blockbid will use received tokens at our discretion, mainly as part of user referral programs. At the end of each year, Blockbid will burn 5% of the total number of tokens received during that year.

We'll be starting with EFT (electronic funds transfer) and are also exploring additional deposit methods to be implemented after launch.
