will there be an official managed fund too in the platform or it will just provide an opportunity for private fund managers?
tokenbox provides a tokenization platform for real-world as well as crypto investment funds. All funds that operate on the tokenbox Platform will generate a stream of fees in form of funds’ tokens toward the Platform. what percentage of these fees will be distributed among owners of tokenbox? I think 100% of these fees will be distributed among owners of tokenbox who are registered as Continuous Contributors. Continuous Contributors will be required to chose one of a wide range of possible roles and perform specified actions to help us to develop the Platform. Investment advisors will be required to deposit a specified amount of BMCs on the Platform to be qualified and manage a fund on the Platform. like it is the same on other projects of this type Hope that helps! |

tokenbox will continuously set up investment funds on the tokebox Platform to serve as a proof of concept. To leverage the existing expertise of tokenbox, the first fund will be a high-yield fixed income fund in alternative lending. they are going to launch like it is written in roadmap The next fund in the roadmap will be oriented toward a low-risk fixed income to provide more diversification and protection for investors seeking safe-havens. |

I'm not a developer but I think that answer is correct TBX tokens would not be deemed as securities by SEC based on the famous Howey test. they should pay a lot of attention to that matter and are in continuous communications with US attorneys while formalizing their position. that is what other projects use |
