I think this lays in the nature of humans, some people are always honest and some people arent. Some people are dishonest because they want to preserve themselves of inconvenient situations, some people just have bad character, some people only lie in certain situations and some people just dont make a difference because they dont care. I pity all those that are not honest, but I also accept them, not everyone is equal, but those who are dishonest are causing themselves problem in the long haul with this attitude, just my opinion.

This seems to be a common theme. Most people only think about immediate gains and don't consider the mid to long term consequences. That's where most of humanity's problems come from today. Hopefully people will start thinking future oriented soon.

Yes, exactly. They don't want to do anything to get what they want fairly. That's why people try to lie, fool or scam someone to get gains. I read in the news today just about this. Some scammer wanted to blackmail an honest project so he could get money quickly. I'm glad they turned down and didn't pay him even though it cost them reputation. As long as people do this, our society will have serious problem. Unfortumately, I don't think the situation will change any time soon.
