Why People Are Not Honest.

To start with, when someone is not honest ,he/she lack integrity.so therefore,dignity and trustworthy is know more part of his /her attitude anymore.reputation about that person Will be extremely low.Honesty with little things bring satisfaction.

Can I ask why people are not honest. As in, why is it that people don't keep to their words even when they can do so? Can't I just do business with someone without signing papers and get lawyers and witnesses and still keep to my words? Can't we get trustworthy people anymore?

not all people are not honest but in this time we have there are so many people that are not honest even in there self,i do not know why they are doing this,maybe they are happy if they will lie to others but that is for there good.

I think that people are not honest there many reason. First of all, they want to have good things for them so they want to lie to get it. In addition, people are not honest because they want other people not to be hurt, they want others to be happy .

people are not honest because it is within their nature of not to incriminate themselves. it is a common tendency to mislead other people by lying in order to conceal what the truth is, where in they see that telling the truth would destroy their credibility : so people lie.

The reason is only one, in fact - people think, that lies they say can make their life easier. Unfortunately, it's one of the greatest traps our kind has ever walked into. And we keep doing it (me included, of course).
For lies=evil. Anyway. Truth deserves to be known, and every human deserves the truth, whatever it is.

People are not honest simply because they are trying to hide something. It can either be for protection for the greater good or just so they can hide the bad thing that they did. Overall, people usually lie when they want something to be hidden from the eyes of of another person. Bottom line is they all have a purpose.

That's why we should not trust anyone easily because they have their own thoughts and ways of thinking. They might hide something from you whether it could be good or could harm you. Unless you can read minds, if so,  then you might easily say if the person is honest or not.

I think there are many reasons why people lie. One is they don't want to be blamed and get punished. Of course people don't want to get hurt or shamed, so they naturally tends to lie when they made mistakes. Another is they are protecting something. Every people has secrets, in order to keep it that way, they usually lie about it.

It could be because they want something, feel entitled towards it, so any consideration towards how it might affect others doesn't even begin to process in their heads. I've noticed this in a lot of people. And it's actually different than people who will scam you for a power trip.

For my short knowledge why people are not honest because they are afraid to know what they are and who they are at our correspondence we need to keep the details for our own as well all that you said about you can make you damn it in case the ones you are talking to those who have nothing to do will spoil their neighbors.

People are not honest can be due to a few reasons: scared of being judge, scheming character or because of conflict of interest. Personally i do have friends who are not open in the first time i meet them and after knowing them for sometime they start to open up more to me as they told me before they are scared of being judge. For the other two aspect i dont think much elaboration is needed as the reasons are direct.

why people are not honest today because they compromise. but if they know the truth about the will of God in specially God they don't want to do against Him. dishonest is sin and no one can enter into the kingdom of God having one sin even little dishonest.

For your information people are honest in the time of Adam and Eve. That was the time that man and woman is so faithful and very honest to each other. Until such time sin entered the world. The world begun to its destruction even people become dishonest. The words people speak is not all is true. Very seldom now who are honest.
