Greetings! No, that’s not true. When it comes to important packages they are going to be delivered by inner network of partners. Obviously they will be insured. Our clients’ needs and wants are the priority so certain there will be such a service.

In this case there is a system that allows us to connect with expeditors. Sender and receiver will be able to make any changes as needed if they have any questions or problems

Standard payment method is escrow system before the shipping. When the package is received by expeditor all the fees and delivery charges will be calculated

In this case, the buyer/receivers pays for the delivery and this money is held by the escrow until the shipment is received and it's in good condition before the funds is released to the forwarder.

Images and other photographic & video evidences would also be evaluated when complaints are lodged. For any issues caused by couriers during reshipping or caused by the shipper, it will be necessary to contact the customer care or have signed for a total LWF insurance for the product.

Beside that every forwarder leaves a deposit, that can be used in situation is not resolved between costumer and forwarder. So there should be no worry. Beside that I'm sure there will be some document that will tell what to do in that situations.
