Really? Thats it? No Inc. as advertised, just Beluga? No LLC neither?

I downloaded the alleged license and it says legal name: AIRGIG,INC. incorporated in Ontario, number 002203184.

1) it's proof that the advertised Beluga Inc doesn't exist: "What is the corporate structure? The IP is held in a Canadian corporation Beluga Inc. " (https://belugapay.com/faq.jsp)

2) Can't locate AIRGIC record, nor by name nor by corporate number: https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/scr/cc/CorporationsCanada/fdrlCrpSrch.html

3) Even if AIRGIG exists, it has no working product. There is simply nothing under AIRGIG.

When questioned, they use Espiral as reference, but Espiral never mentioned Beluga (there is no mention on their website), and on Beluga's whitepaper says they have "Binding Letter of Intent signed between Beluga Foundation to acquire all assets and rights to Espiral’s team and technology"....a LETTER OF INTENT, signed by a Foundation that DOESN'T EXIST YET.

Check out their github account, see for yourself and compare with other projects. They have nothing in there, not even their ICO smart-contracts.

When investing, be aware that you are putting money on a company that doesn't exist yet, has no working product, but a bunch of lies and advertisement (in my opinion).

The more you look at it, the more it smells.
