Don't forget to make masternode.conf file on Win and Start MN from Win wallet.
i delete the 3 lines in config on win wallet, but the error is still like the same one. Edit: Now i get this error in win wallet 16:22:53 masternode start 16:22:53 You must set masternode=1 in the configuration (code -32603) Please refer to the MN setup guide. Before you start MN you must prepare masternode.conf file on your Win wallet. You need to specify Alias, IP:port, genkey, txId(outputs) and txIndex in this file. After restarting Win control wallet - go to Masternode Tab and you will see your MN. Select it and press Start button. If you cannot see Masternode Tab - enable it from "Options" Must be the win wallet everytime open? i check my genkey and it was different to my vps config. Now Wallet and VPS is "masternode successfully started" Congrats! On VPS double check the status by command "./desire-cli masternode status". Don't forget to include sentinel check into "crontab -e" time schedule. VPS should run all the time. Run Win control wallet sometimes to watch your MN status. Thank you so much for help, but last question. how can i setup the cron job for sentinel? I start this anytime manually. Cheers crontab -e * * * * * cd /root/.desirecore/sentinel && ./venv/bin/python bin/sentinel.py 2>&1 >> sentinel-cron.log save and exit

can not run masternode, what do I do wrong? Not capable masternode: Could not connect to XX.XX.50.80:9919
Make sure port is not blocked by firewall. For Linux VPS: /sbin/iptables -A INPUT -i eth0 -p tcp --dport 9919 -j ACCEPT

IP should be static; if you are on the dynamic IP it will work as long as your IP will not change. If you are on Win10: check your IP address (Google: "whatismyipaddress"). Most probably you are behind router - you will need to open port on your router. However I would suggest you to run cold MN on VPS - it costs $5 per month and you can run 4-5 masternodes on it ($1 per month per masternode)

Hey everyone, i'm planning on buying 1000 desire coins for a masternode, however i'm wondering if there has been any further progress/interest of including DSR on bigger exchanges in the near future such as bittrex/binance/cryptopia etc.? Thanks

I also can't seem to find any roadmap with given dates on Desire coin. It's a very generic roadmap, not listing what they're actually working on currently, with deadlines etc. Does anyone know?

I can recommend this coin! High masternode rewards (ROI), easy and fast setup! Also the masternode uses a very small amount of resources (memory, cpu). Keep up the great work you are doing!

Do you see a bright future in this coin? I can't seem to find what makes it different or stand out from other MasterNode coins that are on the market. And also can't seem to find a dated roadmap for when we should be seeing progress? Thank you, i ask these questions as i'm interested in investing in a master node.

No, you can't. Desire masternode MUST have port 9919, otherwise it won't start. ---- He, нeльзя. He пoлyчитcя пoмeнять пopт мacтepнoды.

It sounds like you have info within your desire.conf file, If running a cold and hot wallet VPS then the local wallet should only have info in the Masternode.conf file (not Desire.conf) and the VPS should only have info in the Desire.conf file (not masternode.conf).

If your VPS has 2 IPs: IPv4 and IPv6 - you can start 2 Desire MNs using different IPs ans the same port. Later on the same VPS you can run INN, VIVO, PNX, HC or whatever you want. 5 MNs will consume only 15% of CPU but will make 1GB of RAM full. 4 MNs will run well on 1GB, add RAM swap file to run 5 or more MNs. Udachi!

Thanks Desire is undervalued now, Desire MN is very cheap under $500 while similar MNs are in the $5,000 range. Compare to similar coins that are using sentinel - DSR is the most stable one, sentinel problems were fixed earlier than for other coins and DSR was the first to release sentinel for Win. This demonstrates the development strength of DSR. My personal view: DSR is a hidden treasure, I am buying it cheap, I do not see the reason why it should not cost as much as other coins (10x potential).

Hi again, so my Masternode is running a few hours, but i cant see them in the Block Explorer: http://desire.thecryptochat.net/network.phpAfter 15 hrs, Win Wallet is writing "Newstart Required". On VPS i get the info "Masternode not capable" Did anyone know, how i can check the function? Her my configs: Winwallet: rpcuser=xxx rpcpassword=xxx rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport= listen=1 server=1 daemon=1 staking=0 externalip=209.250.242.217:9919 masternode=1 masternodeprivkey=xxx bind=127.0.0.1:9919 (i add this to start my wallet, otherwise i delete them, wallet want start with RPC Port=9919) Winwallet Masternode cnfg: MN1 209.250.242.217:9919 xxx xxx 1 VPS Config: rpcuser=xxx rpcpassword=xxx rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 listen=1 server=1 daemon=1 staking=0 externalip=209.250.242.217:9919 masternode=1 masternodeprivkey=xxx Also Sentinel is running on VPS and i get the Watchdog Error after 15 min. Is it important to run sentinel on Windows too? Cheers guys

If so then that should be empty and the Masternode.conf have the Masternode cnfg like you have written, Then the VPS is the opposite and has the info in Desire.conf and nothing in Masternode.conf. Going by what you've written you currently have the winwallet set as the masternode and also the VPS as the masternode so if you reset the winwallet the masternode would stop.
