As I said in the title. I was interested in putting my money into Bitcoin because of the ever-increasing price.
But I want to know what the biggest risk is to hold Bitcoin?

The biggest risk in holding bitcoin is that losing all your money and we are all here because of it. For now, you should've not think about losing your money by holding your bitcoin because if you are updated about bitcoin's value then for sure, you know what bitcoin can do to us in the future. Be optimistic.

The biggest risk when you keep the bitcoin is that you will be very nervous when the value of the bitcoin increases continuously and its amplitude is very large up to 1000 USD in a day. I have experienced that feeling and I understand how bad it is.

There is no risk when holding Bitcoin. Because Bitcoin quantity is limited. The demand of it is always increasing. So, you should not be worry when holding it.

The risk of holding bitcoin is you can miss airdropped coins that come from forks which has become so common these days, so the best to do now is to stay up to date with bitcoin related news.

Another risk and this is something that has happened is that your hard drive crashes and you do not have a backup, your private key or your seed, if that happens you are going to lose your coins that is why it is always important to have a backup of all that data just in case.

I think the greater risk would be investing at the higher price then all of a sudden the price will go down, you will definitely get a loss with that situation and will hold your btc until it pumps again and gain a profit.

But you have a complete authority of keeping yourself away from this loss by simply keeping it in wallet and by avoiding selling it at cheap arts. Panic selling is only done by newcomers otherwise, old investors always enjoy dumps because this is the golden opportunity for them about grabbing this coin at low rates. The risk is only when a huge group or countries will emerge and will seriously bring bitcoin down. They will discredit it and will spread anomalous news so people would avoid it which will result for our bitcoin to be worthless.
