For me those who only bought greater than 145 btc at $1 would be considered as millionaire right now if they will sell their bitcoins right now but I highly doubt it because most of them are speculating that it will rise up next year up to $100k per btc.

I think the real list is lot more, 1000th top address has over 1600 BTCs, which is 13 million US. So it should have 20000 millionaires at least

I think most of BTC holders sold it when price increased 5-10 times (I least I would do it). Now even 2x increase in price justifies selling. So it is only few people with 1000+ bitcoins.

Not all holders sell a lot of people are investing into this coin for long term and this thing has been proved that for longer term investment this coin gives more than 100% of profit and just imagine about those who invested into this coin at 2k15 and what are they now this coin bless a lot to its early believers and they are already in the millionaire community so invest and get ready to be a millionaire in future.

I doubt it. Maybe more than 2020. There are lot of panic sellers, only a small percent of people knows how to work on the bitcoin price. That if the price down and panic seller sell their coins and after a few days the price will increase.

Also we have to keep in mind that people like me what ever earn we pay it for our daily necessary requirement it is difficult to be millionaires.
