What wallets should i use for altcoins? Bought some LTC not sure what's better
At the moment I use only MyEtherWallet, now I'm happy with everything, it's convenient for me to use it. But it would be interesting to know about similar purses, maybe it will be useful for me

JAXX is used by many of my friends, they say that it is convenient. Do you also like it? I want to try to start using it

myetherwallet is the best purse. This purse supports all erc 20 standards and it is possible to store many various coins on this purse. Try it very conveniently

If you have LTC, you can use Litevault or Litecoin Core. You can use mytherwallet to store tokens and ethereum. You can find other cryptocurrency wallets on its official website.

The best wallet is always the one developed by the project team and posted on the official website of the coin. For erc-20 coins, choose between myetherwallet and meta mask, these are long-established and proven wallets. Beware of unverified products, especially if they are wallets without an open code. And in any case, do not send anyone a private key.

Well, myetherwallet is the best for altcoins and ERC20 tokens, but if you are looking for wallet for Litecoin specific then you should go for litecoin offline wallet, it is the best in my opinion.

When you say altcoins, there are many types of altcoins. POS coin, erc20 token etc. You have to be specific in order for us to find out what wallet you need. So you bought LTC,  coinomi has LTC wallet i suggest you put your LTC there. If you bought an erc20 token use myetherwallet or imtoken. If you bought a pos coin (proof of stake) i suggest you download windows wallet it is the safest wallet .

Use Coinomi, with Coinomi you can store many Altcoins and even some Ethereum tokens on it.All you have to do is to add after downloading and registering an account on the wallet. You can also exchange Altcoins on it and there transaction fee is very low

I would probably say generally, if there is an opportunity to download the wallet, which will still be able to use it, it is better to use it, because it will come from the project itself. But there are also multi wallets.

I have personally not tried mist of the wallets tho but I do like to save in myetherwallet. This wallet is safer and secured as compared to the other wallets. Always like to invest in myetherewallet.

It all depends on what kind of altcoins you are talking about. Because multicell quite a few, it is difficult from a technical point of view, and from the point of view of security.

I think there are a many wallets to secure the altcoins. But personally I prefer you to have used the MEW and the TREZOR wallet. You can use these wallet in offline and to secure the coins/tokens for the long term.

It would be great to create such a wallet, so that it would be possible to store altcoins from different blockchains! Dreams Come True

Exodus wallet is the software wallet who goes closer to that.
Or ledger/trezor as for hd wallet, you can store multiple assets there too

Unlucky you, I remembered I already answered to those exact lines. I was looking for reporting copy-pasting and I found it’s a post of yours....

It would be great to have such a forum, where users write to actually say something useful and not only to random increase activity and spam bs posts for bounty/signature
Dreams Come True (will ever?)

You ask what wallet to use?
I think it depends on your own research, if you ask everyone to choose a good wallet that doesn't suit your expectations.

Because if they tell you that the Wallet they show you is fraud.

That will endanger you, because this is not the result of your own research and thinking.

My advice, you have to do your own research by doing a lot of analysis in accordance with your own thoughts.

Since I have Ethereum, I use Myetherwallet. I have long been advised by a close friend and said that he is the easiest, most affordable and better not to find.
