How long does it take for coins to be credited? I purchased 6 hours ago but only see "You have 0 Elektra Coins"

We are aware that there is a delay in transaction and coin issuance. There is a plan in place to upgrade the servers next week. Until then, the hard-working (amazing) development team is taking a refresher weekend with their families. Big push next week!!!

Fine. Yesterday I bought 250 EKA. Send BTC to their addres. Orded has been cancelled from their side. (All OK on my side) Now I have nothing. No BTC, no EKA. They are not answering my emails and last third email is undelivered: Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Relaying denied  Now I am sendding an PM to EKA crew here. |

I send the BTC to the address that was indicated to me in order number #2486 but there is an error in the transaction, I am afraid that for when the transaction is made the order will be canceled by the elektra team with which I will stay without elektra coins and BTC!

have u checked your txid in blockchain.info? On tradeblock appered the menssage: ERROR Not Found, just right now dissapeared that menssage.. but im afraid that the Elektra order will be cancel before the BTC pay is confirmed.
