I have made a few purchases totaling 9000 EKA. I be leave in this program and I am in it for the long hall. My problem is that I have made a total of 3 purchases, two of them went through successfully. The third on the other hand was my biggest purchase it was for 6500 tokens 5850.00 USD 0.97337446 BTC Order number is 2829  User Name praley10 it was showing pending in my Elektra account and when i checked my elektra account the next morning the order in question was completely removed as if i had never even ordered them. I understand there was some people out there trying to play the system but i was not one of them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Credit my account the coins that i am owed.

When will everyone's accounts be fixed/updated as far as completing the sales and deleting things out of the carts that were left in there ?  
This is my situation; (transaction #1)  I ordered 1000 coins that show completed.
                               (Transaction#2)I started to order 3500 coins but then changed my mind and deleted from my
                                                       Cart because I wanted to go ahead and buy 5000 coins
                                (Transaction #3) I started the process to order 5000 coins and got interrupted by my work ,
                                                         So the 60 minute hold window had past so I had to start over again,
                                (Transaction #4). I purchased 5000 coins and it's still processing after 2 days
      
                          So now when I go into the My Orders page it shows ;
                          Transaction #1 complete (this is correct)
                          Transaction #2 complete ( this is wrong) I never paid for this , I emptied this out of my cart,
                          Transaction #3 processing( this is wrong) I never paid for this,  I emptied from my cart)
                          Transaction #4 processing ( why). This I paid for and did not complete'

UPDATE>>>>>>>>> ALL ABOVE ORDERS are now showing completed but it's still not correct,,
                                It says I have 4500 coins but I should have 6000 coins. ORDERS #3205 & 8044 are paid for witch = 6000 coins.   ORDER #7948 & 8038 should be discarded
