I am in the same situation too, but i bought 3 bitcoins at $600 each one and i am still holding them, i never sold a coin of those 3 because i always knew that the price was going to be higher than $6k, i am now in a x10 profit, bought them at $1800 and now i have $18000, it was one of the best investments i have ever did since i am alive.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Technically speaking I have some regrets I wish could undergo other courses especially Information Technology or any Computer Engineer so that I could have wide knowledge and be mentally prepared for the advances in our technology. But its never too late for us especially now that we have the help of search engines like google in the internet that would have huge help in our problems almost anything can be found in the internet now a days except for our smart decision making skills in investing in bitcoins.

I bought an iPhone 5s for 1.1BTC long time ago. But no, I'm not regretting it. You still have time to invest in BTC, if you believe in it. Future may be 1000x brighter.

At that very time, you will regret instead of writing this post, you should have actually jumped into the boat.

Yup! there is nothing to regret about it, it is your own choice to use and spend your bitcoin, and we can always catch up to it by earning it here, trading your bitcoin with other Altcoins, Waiting for some Developer Free coins and you can always invest in small portions of bitcoin and wait for the price to increase in a great amount, and as of now the value is at $6075.01 per bitcoin what else can we attain in the future.

It sucks of course, I heard of it when it was still really cheap but I underestimated it because I listened to people who had studied economics and told it was just a big bubble. I also regret investing in some projects (which I will not mention since I still hope they will rise) that still have nothing to show. But I think we could be a lot worse off. I think most of us here have already made a satisfying amount with cryptos altogether, and that's a lot more than most of the world population can say about themselves Wink

So like most of us I wish I had had the time to notice bitcoin in its infant stages, I had the technical expertise and IT knowledge to mine when it came out but never knew it existed.

I wish while I did know about it that I had put the $3-600 down to buy one coin even last year. rather than slowly piecing together 1 coin right now.

is anyone in the same boat?

Regretting what you have did in the past won't help you to earn more bitcoins, just move on and accept the fact, there is a lot of ways on how you could have one bitcoin in your wallet, all you have to do is to be a hard working person, spend most of your time on doing bitcoin and one day, you are just going to notice that you have more than 1 bitcoin in your wallet.

And also, you must not spend your bitcoins to the things that is not worth on spending it, for example is the things that you wants, hence, spend your bitcoins on the things that you needed the most.

Make your regrets as your lesson to not do the same thing for the next years. It is alright that you didn't buy at those prices because you can still buy at the current price right now and just hold it for a lot of years and wait for your investment to go to the top because the price is just getting heated and i think that it will go up even more in this incoming few months and before the year ends.

In the last month, I have just sold all of my bitcoin to buy ethereum and it is my biggest regret. I can not believe that ethereum is so weak and after the hard fork, ethereum can not increase its price. I think the main factor here is that people want to receive bitcoin gold and they are buying more and more bitcoin to earn the value from both bitcoin and bitcoin gold. Damn it. I should be smarter. Bitcoin could bring me a big profit right now

I invested in Bitcoin a few years ago but sold it at a much lower amount. Still regret it but hopefully I'm still not too late to make some decent money.

When i started buying Bitcoin, the price is already high and surging. I'm interested and i dont have a choice so i just ride the wave. However, i though if i contemplate further and regret it, then i will never ever be reaping the price appreciation. Im still happy if i have never invested on its infancy stage, at least i'm already a BTC investor now. a little by little, im already earning.

The level of regret will depend on how quickly and how high the price of Bitcoin will be.  Like so many, I hugely regret getting in at a very low price, making a nice profit and cashing out some of what I had, and then watching it take off like it has.  Anyone right now would have loved to by in back when it was $100, but if one bought Bitcoin at $3,000 and it goes to $800,000, then that buyer shouldn't feel all that regretful.   Wink

This has been the regret of many. Even I get tempted to sell my coins whenever there is a price increase, and then have some regrets when it gets higher just right after. However, my suggestion to OP is not to have any regrets because you shouldn't put all your money in bitcoin. Always invest what you can afford to lose. It's best to leave some for emergencies and have some contingencies.

A bigger regret I had was not being able to earn or invest on Bitcoin a few years back when I first discovered bitcoin. Had I been able to invest back then, I would probably have profited a lot. The price was a lot lower during that time.

My major regrets are for investing in HYIP when I first started trading bitcoin. Some of those cloud mining companies have been scamming people

I am one of the people who knew about Bitcoin back when you could still mine it with GPU's, but I ignored it and rather spend

the time to play games with the expensive GPU's. So knowing about it and making the decision to do it, was not guaranteed.

I could have never predicted that a bitcoin would be valued at $6000 when I first heard about it. Fortunately for me, I bought

some at $300 to $400, so I did make some good money. People can still make money, if they mine some of the new Alt coins

that are ASIC proof.  Wink

No need to be sorry about what happened earlier. we need to move on and believe in bitcoin and its further growth). I sold my bitcoins then 600$? there is a small regret, but it was in the past.

I mean we all have that moment where we look back and saw that we sold too early or didn't jump on a opportunity when you said you would, it's best not to reflect on those things and look for new opportunists and try not to miss them.

I got to know bitcoin when its price is still like $400.  I did not pay attention to it since I am not into it and I have a job.  It just now that I realized I could earn big if I will invest.  If I will buy amd earn bitcoins and keep it then in due time I will become rich.  I regret the time that I did not believe in bitcoin.

Already carrying too much of regrets as the right time has passed already! Yes that was golden period to invest into bitcoin. It always confuses me when I look at the current price which is 6K and it's too expensive to buy in the first place. I mean I know that next year the price would be more than 10K but don't know why, why I can't believe in it to spend that much money into it. It's very risky business but those who keep faith and out big get big, that's the mantra for it.

Yeah I took out 18 bitcoins for a business venture that I never got thru with because I planned it all wrong.  that today is worth 90 grand vs the 17 grand it was worth then, I could have def made that investment this year without losing anything Sad
