they are so popular!
I agree with you they have a record high audience coverage
what surprises me the most is that with such popularity there are no negative reviews
Because they try to comfort investors

Which is a good thing. If investors are happy then there must be good things about the project.

And if the service suddenly suddenly hangs, what actions will the developers use? there are some algorithms to prevent friezes except reboot the server?

There is, I can argue that technically the developers did the most of what they could to prevent friezes and freezes of virtual reality. Most likely this algorithm is a brand

Yes, I heard that for them, the software protection algorithm was a serious programmer with a good portfolio. This was in the company news, now I'll try to find a link

Guys, I can not believe without proof. The first thing I want to hear is the opinion of the developers themselves. They should read user comments and track problematic issues that they did not reflect in white paper to eventually write about them in it

In this case, there should be a person on the development team who will look at the user's comments all day long, and if the comments seem interesting to him in technical terms, tell the developers about it?

And the development team really follows the comments left by the participants on the forum, but they naturally do not have the opportunity to understand each individual. What is more important for you: to meet the deadlines, or to answer everyone?

Yes, you know, there must be a person who will work with the participants. He's called a PR manager, and his job is to track an adequate comment with an interesting question and give him an answer

Of course, deadline is an important matter. But if you understand, the project participants can help to identify the vulnerability before the main start, when this vulnerability will play a cruel joke.

As we can see from the description of the project - they do not have a manager for public relations. But if you really think that you found a critical vulnerability - write to the developers himself. so you will help them to successfully launch the project

what can we see now? more than three hundred pages of comments from users of the forum, many of which are nothing more than an ordinary flood. How in such a huge stream of information to extract the necessary comment? how from 6000 to find 1?

This is a good question, but it's better to ask it not to me, but to the developers of the forum. Yes, you are right, it is better to write a development team to the post office, or even better - to use the telegram channel. This is a much more effective way of exchanging information than the forum

Telegrams do not differ much from forum correspondence. You understand that in principle it is one and the same: a huge flow of information that does not have a clear structure and organization. I prefer mail

I think you're wrong. Developers are really more comfortable to read user comments in a telegram, while it is always possible to go into a tete-a-tete dialogue and ask a specific question

And where did you get information about the developer, who has great credibility and impressive portfolio? I do not see this information. perhaps this is again a minus to the development team for the unsuccessful compilation of the information sheet

You're wrong! the information sheet is compiled correctly, it includes the main points, and information about the developers you can get on the official website of the project. I hope I do not have to tell you where I found it?

Haha why are you so angry at this project, what did the development team do to you? Have you invested your money in a different, less successful project? The idea of the project is very good and devoid of vulnerabilities, I think! There's no point in digging up to the smallest detail the way you do it!

Hey, I'm not digging into small things. I just do not want the project to fall apart because of the incompetent approach. What's the fun to run the project, from which all users will leave as a result because of serious flaws?

Do you think that the project is still raw and requires multiple rework? it seems to me that you are not talking about the brand of space!
The development team even attached a demo version of the application engine so that users can verify its functionality

Have you seen the demo version of the system? why it does not hang, and during the release will necessarily begin friezes and lags in your opinion?
