Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

people are panic selling because there is a big shut down of the sites that allow you to cash out. in Australia the company's who do this have closed their sell bitcoin options. thus is self regulated from speaking to them but people will worry that they will be stuck with their bitcoins. these are the short term investors who believe the world governments will shut down bitcoin. there is no shutting down the bitcoin idea, the authority's know this. this is the future and they will do all they can to control it, their best method is to kill talk the roag exchanges and build their own exchanges witch regulate and take not of all bitcoin buys and sells justice they do with cash going in and out of bank accounts. anyway I'm looking forward to buying some cheap coins.  |
