Electronic Money vs. Physical Money

The advantage and disadvantage of this two are really contradicting one another.
1. Electronic money transactions are faster than fiat.
2. Security. You can bring just your phone when going outside buying things than bringing a lot on your own. Looks like you have a card to swipe, except that it is your phone and who does not bring phone nowadays?
3. Electronic money is not just money itself, they have a lot of function and you can use it as your investment.

Well I am for electronic money as we see.

Even though Electronic money has so many advantages than fiat in this case is cryptocurrency especially bitcoin like people just mentioned above but for now i think i need two of them, in my country for cash or non cash transaction you must use our official currency or you will get punished by the government, the point is transaction with bitcoin inside the country against the rule but you can hold them as a stock or investment. Bitcoin might be perfect but the cash is still the winner since has power of the government.

The technology had advance quickly,  like it or not all of us ever used the electronic money to purchase something,  but we cant just eliminate fiat,  there are pro and cons for both of the payment,  but I think in the future a lot of people will choose electronic payment,  it is very efficient to used it and there so many benefit compare to traditional fiat

Electronic money is easy to use when it comes in transactions entire the world, while physical money can easily buy any physical goods in physical stores. They are both useful but have different way in transactions, they are both valuable but different kind of money.

Many people now a days are still confuse about the existence of the Bitcoin and how it differ from our Physical Money that we are using to buy necessity. Maybe a simple explanation will be that a Electronic money is non-tangible, and its being used to pay usually in online transactions. While you used the traditional fiat (physical) to buy physical things like in a groceries or other stuff non online. I don't see any confusion here as its very easy to distinguished the two. Both has its advantage over the other. But for me its better to used them both depending on the situation, and we don' need to debate whether one is better, they have their own used in our society.

Physical Money like paper and coin are still used by all people around the world, electronic money also like credit card, paypal and other online currencies but for cryptocurrency like bitcoin is still rare. I mean many people still don't know about bitcoin, if they don't know about bitcoin they also will not use bitcoin.

I don't want to make another rehash of Bitcoin vs fiat, so I'm just going to go over the advantages that I think electronic currency can bring.

I'd say the most important advantage is security. Electronic money is far harder to steal as it will be inherently secure. Moving to electric money means there will be less pickpockets and there will be less muggings. Stolen money will also be much easier to track down as every single transaction is recorded. Corruption by public officials will be much more visible, and money laundering might be killed off altogether. All of these hinge upon proper execution of electronic currency, of course.

Second is convenience. ATMs will no longer be necessary, and you won't have to go to the bank to withdraw anymore. You can take care of all your transactions all on your own, so you theoretically have complete control over your finances. Purchasing items at groceries or restaurants can be as easy as NFC, and online transactions would be just as easy. Everything would be nearly, if not completely instant.

There are also certain disadvantages of course, the most prominent one being the reliance on proper infrastructure, but I'm sure that will be addressed in the future.

If you will compare this two form of money then i can say that the electrical money is more convenient in the people who are in urban places because they almost all have the internet access and because of the internet access they can easily access to electrical money where they can transfer money from one person to another or vice versa which makes physical money like a useless form of money.

Physical money is very attractive, i prefer to hold the money on fiat like Usd or Euros, because they are pretty and everybody likes them instead of my local money.
But everybody knows that earning money through electronic money or cryptocurrencies is being very easy at the moment, because they are being very volatile and that is why almost everyone is buying bitcoin, only to make more money because it is easy.

yes you are true as i prefer the physically existed money but the electronic money is also important for us . for us both forms of money are very important we used both forms like their are countries where we can use the fiat money and there are advanced countries where most of the people are using electronic money for transactions and people are ready to accept the crypto currencies and these are very popular in the world.

For me, cryptocurrency and fiat currency has they're pros and cons. In fiat, you can do transaction as simple as buying food in the streets so easily, just hand them your money then your done. But, you can't bring large amount of money, so, you need atm just to get more money to pay. In cryptocurrency, payment is easy as well, and the good part is, you can bring large amount of money without having the thought of somebody is gonna rob you ir steal your money.

Digital technologies are developing very quickly and now even in the most remote corners of the world can find the opportunity to use the Internet. I've seen the aboriginal tribes pay for their purchases using a mobile phone. It seems to me that the love of people to cash due to the unwillingness to change habits. Although I support the existence of any form of money is justified if there is a need.

Electronic Money is better than Physical Money. We all know know that electronic money is the future of the world because we can have them with us wherever we travel. We have bank transfers and tranfers between epayment systems and classic banks. Some poeple have at least one Electronic Money system.
Physical money is good because not many people know about electronic money and they want to give them physical money. But Electronic money is better than Physical money. I read somewhere that in Sweeden people do not use physical money. Sweeden is the very progressist country when it comes to Electronic money. From all electronic money that we know, Bitcoin is the one that gives promises.

Yes, as in the statement bitcoin is completely decentralized and this provides the ease of implementation as it doesn't require any form of physical backing same as fiat that has gold as backing. Right now bitcoin usage compared to physical money is low. This might increase when more stores start accepting bitcoin for services and other business related activities.

I won’t deny the fact that bitcoin and altcoins are capable of doing a lot but still both are not mainstreams. Only a small percentage of world population is aware of digital coin world. At present, digital currencies are better at supporting us financially and I think this won’t change even in the future. We cannot use it for every micro payment but by watching the present value, we must save it for future instead of figuring out spending ways.

Many people are confuse about bitcoin because their government are warning them as it's used for illegal trades. They never understand the concept of bitcoin as online currency so still their people are skeptic about it. Differentiating physical money and electric money is an easy thing, you can find yourself explaining it.
