We are allocating ten percent (10 %) of Qubicles to bounties (5%) and user growth and rewards (5%), which will be used to reward those who aided in the promotion of the PodOne network crowdsale. Once post-sale bounties have been distributed, the balance of this pool will be used creatively to help seed PodOne by incentivizing users for engaging with the network via our Qubicle Ratings Engine.

PodOne provides a mechanism for using Qubicles to conciliation payments and work disputes. PodOne supports an optional multi signature trusteeship system. By using this optional system, the employer and the agent may reach an agreement with the neutral third party arbitrator. Basically, under the multi signature system, the amount to be paid is managed, and two signatures are required to eventually transfer the funds.

PodOne provides a mechanism for mediating payment and work disputes using Qubicles. PodOne supports an optional multi-signature escrow system. Using this optional system, an Employer and Agent can enter into an agreement with a neutral third-party Arbitrator. Essentially, under the multi-signature system, an amount to be paid is held in escrow, requiring two signatures in order for the final transfer of funds to occur.

How do I actually know that the third-party arbitrator is 100% neutral? Is it a random person from the network or a person that those other two parties agree upon? If the latter is the case one party could bribe the arbitrator no?
