But who was it lent to, thats the weirdness, is there another site where the lend money.

No it has not got anything to do with eth tokens (ERC20) the only think it has similar to ethereum is the ETH in the name.. thats all, maybe also the fact you cay buyin with ETH but apart from that there is no connection to Ethereum or actually even bitconnect (which has its own block-chain for example) |
