Dogecoin is a coin used for tipping. Widely used in reddit. It doesn't get any further than that. It was a meme coin, had its peak, it's the first tipping coin infact. Don't expect it to grow huge, because it won't. All I do with dogecoin is have fun with it, because it has no real purpose after all.

Dogecoin as I know is a coin made or developed in China. Unfortunately for Dogecoin, not very many believe in it, and not very many use it as well, which is why it has maintained a fairly low value every since its introduction years ago. Even if China has banned the use of some altcoins and bitcoins, it didn't actually help in boosting the image and value of the coins developed in their countries because it lacked major support from seasoned cryptocurrency users. Due to that, I would not recommend investing in it that much unless some magical thing happens that would help pump its value.

I think I also agree with you why Doge is still existing but there are many reasons why it is still existing and even I try to find out why there many things to do before I research for that and I think first of all it is still a coin coin many people can use it.

I do not think it grows too much because it has already done it, and if it grew more then dogecoin would eat litecoin, which has never happened.

But I do see it possible that can reach 2 or 3 cents this year, although also can fall and stay in the half cent all year. It also depends a lot on how bitcoin evolves.

But as of now that it has too much value I'm not going to say that many of us will abandon it and I do believe that time will not come nor show itself in the future.
