It's definitely not dead, many people are mining it. As to when it will hit an exchange, I guess it is on the list of cryptsy, may need to wait a few more days.

Nice pool, thanks MobGod... I guess people don't use a lot pool at this time probably because solo mining is still feasible, but the hash rate should pick up soon...  |

there is directions there all you would have to do is enter your address hit enter and it will validate it when that is done hit next and you should be good to go |

I updated the alphacoin client, so you won't see the annoying messages/alerts of updating the Litecoin client.
Of course if you don't care about the messages, you don't have to upgrade. This is not a mandatory update.
The front page download links are updated with new ones. Please upgrade if you don't want to see the annoying popup messages from Litecoin. Thanks!
