Thanks, could maybe be an incentive for streamers to get involved that dont like socialising that much. There is a big difference between talking through a microphone to other people, than being filmed. It give a lot more privacy as you can just cover up your mic for a second and so on.

Not neccessarily skipping, its more teaching how to build something real, not only theory, Project based learning its called. As many people struggle with learning only the theory, that style of learning will benefit many people. But this is only practicable if the learners already got some basic knowledge of the topic, and therefore some beginner theory is needed. So one could maybe say LiveEdu skips the beginner stage and aims towards higher level education!

Interesting suggestion, but LiveEdu does not focus on recruiting/hiring. We tested that revenue model before it  did not work well. Most of our users are employed or freelancers and are not looking for jobs.
