This could happen anytime soon, that is the prayer for some of us. I mean to us we will like to be paid with bitcoin but youtube and the others may not see it that way. they could also have a different understanding of bitcoin which is far from what you and I know. but anyway it could happen. imagine the lows and ups of the bitcoin price, for me i think these companies will like to start paying with bitcoin if the price or it market is stable.

it makes much more financial sense for companies like Google to HODL their coins, if they have any, rather than spend it would also imagine that having two pay out options rather than just one would complicate their standard operating procedures. Conversion between currencies, Bitcoin included, incurs fees after all. If they start paying with Bitcoin, it's extremely likely they'll abandon the USD option, and will only be paying in Bitcoin. That makes this scenario even further removed from reality....

It has been already happening that there are online websites offering their products online and transaction to be made also is online and that requires some mode of payment and bitcoin is one of the options.

When masses start to exchange bitcoin in their day to day use instead of collecting them as a bar of gold. I already started using bitcoin as a currency. For ex: I accept bitcoin for my freelance services and gives my clients discounts if they chose to pay me with crypto.
Recently I enrolled in the online class worth $2000 and paid the first installment with Bitcoin.

Various services will start accepting and making payments in bitcoins when they realize that it is really necessary for their users. Bitcoin is still more of an option to invest than a real method of payment.

Not any day soon, I’m afraid. Wish it was different, but it’s not. Bitcoin (well all coins) has to compete with fiat and its electronic payment systems, namely credit cards and mobile pay. They are not going to lay down easy, they have a business too. You need instant transaction, instant confirmation and zero fees, to even dream of competing on a day-to-day basis.

If crypto is only for buying lambo’s and web shopping, well yes it can compete. In the supermarket for two liter milk, bread or a six-pack, you have no chance to compete if you cannot fulfill all three things as mentioned. If you want to take over the world payment-wise, you need to be able to handle daily business. Crypto technology is not there, yet!

BTC, like the whole crypto, has a huge capitalization, it's true. But are there so many users of the YouTube who have bitcoin? I think not more than 0.1%. So while for such services it is irrelevant

Already some online site and online business accept bitcoin for payment. Recently we seen BMW and Amazon accept bitcoin from buyers. I think it is good decision for digital business system. In this time some country not accept bitcoin. So it is not possible to payment bitcoin for youtubers. When all over the world will accept bitcoin. Then possiblr to pay bitcoin for youtube payment.

It seems they will start to glance at bitcoin as payment, this will be a very good thing. There will be more advantages in priority as bitcoins have, but maybe this will take a while as there are still many people who say they are not interested at all with bitcoin

We could actually uses bitcoin as a form of currency that could be used in payemnt because at the first place Bitcoin is denounce to be a form or crypto currency which can be associated in digital money. And it could be better in transaction having a decentralized capability for us to do transactions and system of payments.

Yes, but unfortunately there are still many people who use bitcoin as a long-term investment rather than being a transaction tool like using fiat. Maybe bitcoin can be a payment tool when its price is stable, so it will be easier to calculate as a payment.

agree with this, people as youtuber or whoever do adsense maybe only focused in that, and they can paid with their currencies i think they already satisfied with it and google wouldn't pay with bitcoin

Really this is a huge milestone and will definetly take a somewhat long time to achieve. Its possible for bitcoin to do this as it has many uses. I am patiently waiting for this time to come

Actualy so far nithing information website like youtube use bitcoin online payment, eventually in the near future it's possible all bussiness use bitcoin as online payment method to buy anything goods even house and lot.

it's unpredictable, but I think it's good if YouTube and the web pay with bitcoin. this can happen because online work should be connected to online payments. so I think if paying with bitcoin is a good idea.

Honestly, I can't wait to start using my bitcoin to puchase different things online. This is what everyone is waiting for, I know it will soon start but nobody can say when.

i believe the restrictions and sanctions on the bitcoin and the blockchain related technology in the united state of america has further delayed the massive adoption of bitcoin related dealings and that will further affect certain features but when it gets approved by SEC via the ETF then it will start getting general acceptance.
