Would $30k even be enough to design an ASIC prototype, let alone build one?  Doesn't sound like it would even be enough to get people working on a project like this full-time, let alone buy any other resources.  And if it's designed and built, what do you need donations for?  Show a product and get a VC interested.

Maybe this is not a ASIC in the sence that we placed every single transistor on our own but we assembled something that is definitely specialized on scrypt mining with useable success, so this can't be called a FGPA either.

Basic VLSI and ASIC knowledge test failed.  To pull off a successful scam of this type, you first need to learn what ASIC means, then go back and re-read your first post.  First post clearly demonstrates a lack of knowledge in the relevant field.  You're bordering on not knowing what an FPGA is either.  Spend some time on Wikipedia reading the ASIC and FPGA articles before posting the next scam attempt.

This is actually a less proficient scam fail than even the scrypt FPGA investment solicitation by Nova! a few weeks back.  Check the first post, then skip ahead to the start of the 3rd page where I called BS and the OP started digging himself into a hole real quick until his scam finally melted down:

$30K is enough to use an ASIC prototype aggregation service (like MOSIS, for example) to get a small pile of dies of a very simple design on an old, sub-optimal process node, assuming no development costs (meaning you have the skillset to design and tape out the ASIC yourself and assign zero value to your time).  Definitely not enough to prototype an ASIC containing a design complex enough to mine anything.

Remember everyone, the term ASIC doesn't refer to a cryptocoin mining device, it's a generic term referring to any custom silicon design.  You can stick two transistors on a die, connected together with at least one trace on one of the metal interconnect layers, and then legitimately call it an ASIC.

Why even claim you did that if not so that you can post a link to someone else's existing code with a few minor mods intended to make it look like you adapted it to new hardware?

Hey, sorry for not posting the past days. Here is some news for you:
We just sold anything we had to a small indian company for a reasonable price. It was fun but all 3 of us are kind of happy we are out of this now. At least we didn't make any losses in the end.
Before anybody is asking: the company doesn't want it's name to be revieled, that was part of the contract.
But as far as I know the company wants finish the last few issues in design and then sell to the public.

Some more comments:

- Neither me nor the other two of us are nigerian. We are 2x French and 1x Ethiopian. Its up to you to figure out who is who.
- I am relieved I didn't reviel anything to proove this isn't scam. Otherwise we wouldn't have been able to sell.
- I am pretty sure asics will not destroy LTC. It will make it much more difficult to start another useless altcoin but thats no loss to me. It will way more likely stabelize the coin just like ASICs did with BTC. I will definitely keep trusting in LTC.
- If I just had a picture of the chinese guy! He told us his name was "Yangming Peng", but I don't believe this is his actual name any more.

Most companies purchasing cutting edge technology don't want their name revealed.  Especially on a forum such as this with so many potential customers. Especially if they just bought the rights to a money making machine a chimp could plug into a computer.  Who is going to need that?  Useless publicity.  It will just lead to more sales for the Indian company.  And we all know what happens if you sell a lot and make a huge profit.  Taxes.
Better just to keep it all on the down low.  I hear you.
