nope, the key for fixing worst econimic problem is honesty, courage, and action. it's useless if you have high knowledge but you dont dare to remove corruption in your country. it's useless to have high office if you have no honesty in leading your country. it is useless to have a position and high knowledge if all that cant have a real impact for the people in your country or in other words no action.
