Psycho-social stress has contributed to the risk of depression. Depression rates are relatively high among the poor, ethnic minorities and those with few social benefits. Poor, torn people are often despised, especially children when they go to school. The fact that we dress up dirty or unclothed clothes also causes the rich children to flush, which is more depressing, even autistic. Huh

The Depression sometimes  runs in families and may be due to heredity, learned behavior or both. Even with a genetic predisposition, it is usually a stressful or unhappy life event that triggers the onset of a depressive episode. While the exact causes of depression are unknown, several factors appear to affect its onset!
Depression causes many things, such as: long-term stress, inherited in the family, or an accident. These causes you to be shocked and depressed. Some minor cures such as: Try to laugh, though not happy, maintain relationships, do something that you like. Wish you always overcome all difficulties.

Well, among minorities may be, but some poor countries are considered very happy by the Happiness index. And Japan on the contrary with their suicide level... So being poor couldn't be the direct cause for depression.

Mainly chronic pressure and post trauma experiences. Depression is sometimes hard to detect and one might not know it..

most people are depressed by failing in business, debt piling up, broken families and much more, essentially their minds are not strong with that situation ...
so if someone has a strong mind he will not be depressed

There are many things that can cause depression. If a person undergoes something and they don't have someone to lean on or to talk to can trigger the depression more. So if a person asks you to listen to them, lend them your ears, it'll be helpful for them.

Causes of depression are illnesses, over thinking, debts, broken homes and affairs. Lack of self-motivation, lack of money could go along way in causing depression. Evil doing too can lead to depression. Records also have it that people that sleep well hardly have depression.
