If a person does not have depression he will never understand happiness and sorrow.Because a person only understands depression when some of his life gets lost. This is how depression is created.

I think that in depression there is always a reason and even if it is not always obvious. To cure depression you need to go to the doctor because if depression is not treated this can lead to various diseases.

Death or a loss. Sadness or grief from the death or loss of a loved one, though natural, may increase the risk of depression.

You can become depressed when you just do nothing, because you have a lot of time to think about all your problems. And also when you spend a lot of time alone, you can think that you have no friends, no support, but it's even not true.

Some people may be more at risk of depression because of their personality, particularly if they have a tendency to worry a lot, have low self-esteem, are perfectionists, are sensitive to personal criticism, or are self-critical and negative.

I have been depressed sometimes in my life but always because I had frustrations or could not complete or achieved something I wanted like a job, a relationship or a professional career. When that happens I must say that you should spend time with your friends and cousins and not get isolated.

The Depression sometimes  runs in families and may be due to heredity, learned behavior or both. Even with a genetic predisposition, it is usually a stressful or unhappy life event that triggers the onset of a depressive episode. While the exact causes of depression are unknown, several factors appear to affect its onset!

Stressful life events, which overwhelm a person's ability to cope, may be a cause of depression.
