Looks like just pump this not organic growth - for one day made 60 %. Its located on bitfinex mostly. And I think this all just all someones margin trading for few days... But I think It could still make good growth  without pumps and dumps.

Those price predictions and analysis are good because it has a reason why its gonna pump in future. As long as they keep creating a business relationship with biggest Retail giants will get them to the top in market capability.
It's really good to see since there will be a gains for ICO investors.
Real thing is everything is based on the bitcoin value pumping. Lets see how the BTC fork going to affect the future.

Right now, IOTA's price is at $3.83. Since they've announced a partnership with Microsoft, it attracts hundreds of investors to buy more into this digital currency. For my 2018 prediction, I assume it will go up by $50 or up to $100 per coin. I think it is going to be great for this coin alone and now sitting at the 4th spot behind Bitcoin Cash.

Cryptocurrencies are the basic of 4.0 revolution. Now Bitcoin exposed a lot of weakness (high fee, slow transaction, wast of energy...). What will replace him, IOTA can. 2018 it can reach 20-50 USD.

IOTA does have the potential but I would consider still a risky investment. The past couple of months IOTA was idle and gained no profit in price.
Now all of a sudden there is a development and the price goes high. It might be genuine but it may also be manipulation. IOTA is a long term investment coin and if it grows constantly then the price might reach $10-$20 by February ending. It depends on the developers of IOTA whether the coin will have any value in the future or not.

All cryptocurrencies are high risk investments--iota invalidates a lot of what blockchains were hyped to do, so even long standing (kind of weird that <10 years is long standing) are threatened in this environment. AFAIK the only use case that iota doesn't replace is privacy, so only a few cryptos won't be disrupted if they are successful in growing the network.

I think IOTA will be a mainstream currency due to the tangle blockchain, it may be a little stagnant in 2018, but I think eventually people will see the major use cases in it being adopted by automated machines and it will moon. $10 maybe next year, but in a few years time it will grow in 100's in cap. Gonna be huge, fill youre bags people.

i am starting to like IOTA a lot and i believe it actually has some good chances of big rises. although i wouldn't be expecting a huge price from it because of its supply but still 26000 satoshi is pretty low for a project like this. it should be at least 5 times this value.

as for investing, i think it is not such a good time to do it now because of two reasons. the important one which is bitcoin price rising and causes altcoins to get dumped. and the other important reason is that IOTA is already pumped and it needs time and possibly some big drop before start rising.

Actually the strongest point of Iota and the rate 0 in transactions (today we have some competitors to it like the Soferox that is still in the process of construction). And lately it is going up like a rocket but I still do not feel total security with this coin because it is in a sea of rumors, every day there are new rumors of partnerships or fans of the project, but most of the time nothing confirms, about this last news that left the partnership with Microsoft, if this is true the price of it will hit the 15 dollars fast.

Not sure why everyone gets all hot and bothered with MS when both Fujitsu and Bosch are comprable to Microsoft and have stronger relationships with Iota, AFAIK the MS partnership is one of the smaller groups that works with IOT and is collaborating in a minor way--speculators blew it out of proportion both positively and negatively, but that's normal FUD and HYPE.

Anyway here's proof for Bosch and Fujitsu--wish people would go and do their own research rather than spread rumors, but why should I expect people to act like adults in cryptoland.

I think we will see a more technically apt IOTA competitor. IOTA tema had made some rookie mistakes like rolling out their own crypto, despite a solid science base behind a coin.
