It's a new way of pump & dump!
First launch it, so it looks like a fair launch. Then "accidently" remove the github and the binaries.
Put all your miners on it to premine.
Put the github and binaries back.
Look innocent.

Anyway we may try this new coin... I've added a new p2pool. Here are the parameters: cgminer --scrypt -o next.afraid.org:8115 -u yourICEaddress -p . --queue 0 -s 1 statistics available here: http://next.afraid.org:8115. This pool uses a PPLNS payout scheme, and is stratum enabled. The PPLNS window is set to only one hour. 3% fee at this time. (it may be set to a lower value in the future)

Source code removed? Binaries removed? Egads, this probably mean only one thing.... an imminent "relaunch", like the sad Zenithcoin saga....

As with Disneyworld and BTC, nothing is perfect from the get go, we are working on what has happened and will be back up and running shortly. Better to re-launch with any issues fixed. -

What happened? It would be to your benefit to explain what you saw that made you pull everything. Do you plan to announce the next one prior to release, or do you plan an instant-launch again? There have been many examples of poor launches lately but a couple have done a better job of attempting a fair, pre-announced, non-premined, non-instamined coin. If you want any chance at success, please consider following their examples.

Yes, it will be re-launched shortly, poor launches dont mean its a failed coin, that concept is taken way too seriously here. When all is fixed and good to go, I will open the Post and let everyone know!

I'm mining the coin just fine. Have 13 connections right now. Should I post the binaries? I didn't get the source code though.
Edit: Actually I probably don't want to post the binaries. Because if there was something wrong with them, someone might try to say I changed them or I was the one that put the malware in them.
2nd Edit: On 3rd thought, I'll just post them with a disclaimer. Binaries are being uploaded now. I'll post link in a moment.

Charlie Kelly: I'm pleading the 5th. The Attorney: I would advise you do that. Charlie Kelly: I'll take that advice under cooperation, alright? Now, let's say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor? The Attorney: You know, I don't think I'm going to do anything close to that and I can clearly see you know nothing about the law. 19GpqFsNGP8jS941YYZZjmCSrHwvX3QjiC

Its only giving us the opportunity to make it better And what about this, AquaMan? If you can code a coin you can pump and dump one if you put effort into it, newbies fall for all these new alts all the time. There are very few good ones though, PXC is a good one, and is still cheap, and there is a couple more, other than that, they are all junk...

I downloaded the source and compiled it on Ubuntu before Aquaman pulled the source from github. Looking at the source code now, I wonder if what went "wrong" is that someone successfully overwrote the early blockchain and "stole" Aquaman's intended premine. The source code clearly intended the first five blocks as the developer's premine: int64 nSubsidy = 10 * COIN; if (nHeight < 5) { nSubsidy = 50000 * COIN; } return nSubsidy + nFees;
but failed to include any hardcoded checkpoints. Given the low initial difficulty, someone with high initial hashing power, or some lead time on getting the source code, could have mined from block zero and grabbed those first 5 blocks.

I would hope if there is a relaunch that there is also a new genesis block
