Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Dumb name, dumb logo. How does "ice" imply any sort of value?

No preannounce either. Sloppy launch.. Yawn. These days your coins needs a solid launch to even considered being looked at, imo.

No nodes.  0 connections.

Charlie Kelly: I'm pleading the 5th.  The Attorney: I would advise you do that.  Charlie Kelly: I'll take that advice under cooperation, alright? Now, let's say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor?  The Attorney: You know, I don't think I'm going to do anything close to that and I can clearly see you know nothing about the law.

It's named "ice" because OP is Aquaman!

Wait, so it has about the same amount of coins as BTC, and 200k were premined? And how where 200k coins produced from 140 blocks if its 10 coins per block? Maybe I didn't read it correctly but that's what it appears is being said?

I also see no mention of any new features / sites to use at /  etc so not sure how it has solid "support". I don't mind a new coin to try but it needs to at least have some kinda of use or gimmick at the least to keep interest. Like at least PXC has the poker and escrow sites...

code can be changed so that certain blocks have higher rewards.  have seen a coin that started with 2 premined blocks...of 1,000,000 coins per block.  Don't remember which one that was.

It only takes a few decent users to get to 13MH/s, not sure that really qualifies as a farm
