I've recently opened an account on Bittrex, and when I've opened it I've spelled my name wrong,
so when I try to verify my personal info through Bittrex it says: "We have failed to automatically process your documents due to your name from your basic application not matching what is found on your document. ". Can you please instruct me what to do since I'm under limitations of not verified account.

I cant withdraw any amount of BTC now Sad

Just open a support ticket (in case you haven't done so already) and explain them the situation. Isn't it common sense to do this by default when you walked yourself into 'troubles'? From that point you'll need a whole lot of patience before they sort out the issue, and trigger their understanding that what you have done was indeed a mistake at the time you signed up. Bittrex is currently being flooded with massive loads of complaints due to the governmental regulations resulting in accounts being blocked, etc.

Did you write your name wrong or when you were to open account did you write your name wrong on purpose so that it remained anonymous?

many people do not register with their real names, but when the time comes to deliver documents they get into trouble, it will be difficult for them to believe that you wrote their name wrong once you could have realized this and you could have created another account with Your real name

I've never find bittrex ask for name, maybe it's because new regulations in your country regarding KYC, where do you live? Or it just a general rules for fulfill their documents just in case. I thought it is clear that you have tocontact their support and it may take 7 days or longer due to their customers like Million people asking for help for their transactions everyday. Well, I prefer to use local exchanges, require id verification but don't have to send fresh selfie, LoL.

You should open a support ticket. But as said before, make sure this hasn't been on purpose.

Currently they have new policy now all new accounts supposed to be fulfill this KYC requirement for opening accounts they already block many accounts and now doing this all trying to contact support is good but its taking too much time as many members already submit tickets and now waiting for reply from many weeks to months

they gone scam

So what proofs you are holding against them, Bittrex support or people behind this service might be idiots because of some unsolve issues but it doesnt mean that they are scam. Anyway you can say what you want to them since sometimes I'm annoyed at them also.

And to OP,  as what other said contact the support to solve this issue, if you'll not do that your money will be lock up there for sure.

Really starting to think people acting unaware of Bittrex problems are paid shills.

My simple recommendation: Open a support ticket and wait until you're dead.

What if the name would be Donald Duck? Something that they couldn't take seriously to be somebody's real name. I just tested what was that 'basic verification' thing all about (with a cartoon name) and then of course the basic verification failed and am not able to do it again. Does this mean I've lost several bitcoins?
