Well said. Your argument sounds convencing and we may see a huge fall in Ethereum price becuase  (technically speaking) if price of any coin gets stuck at a very narrow range, a breakdown or breakout is imminenet to happen.

You are absolutely right that our governments are traditionally very slow in adopting new Technologies that is  why we not only left behind internationally but also in the South Asian region. We still don't have any Crypto Exchange where people can freely buy and sell their digial assets becuase necessary Legistlation/regulation is not done whereas regional countiries have number of exchanges in operation. Block chain Techmogy doesn't mean only crypto, It has  vast use case from banking to health care, sports, travel and many many mores.
