Ajkal ye hmara national level par aik hot topic hai. Kch analyst ky according Pakistan jo ky 5th most populated country hai world ka or itni zeada population ky pass sirf four provinces hai jo ky administrative or governace failure ka Pakistan me shyd sb sy bari reason hai.
How can Pakistan create new provinces according to its consitution?
Hmari constitution ka article 239(4) new provinces ki creation ko deal krta hai. Esky according es debate ko Two-Third majority sy support milna zruri hai senate, National Assembly, and provincial assembly sy.

Ye constitutional condition Pakistan me new provinces ki creation ko politically difficult bnati hai ku ky hmari provincial assemblies apni territorial area or power ko reduce krny me reluctance show krty hai.

What sparked the debate in 2026?
Hmary federal Interior minister Mohsin Naqvi ny Pakistan economic summit par ye tajveez paish ki hai. Unky mutabiq hmary current governace system inefficient hai. Enho ny apni tajveez me har provice ko three parts me divide krny ka idea dea hain.
1-North administrative region
2-South administrative region
3- Central administrative region
Es sy better service delivery hogi or grass root level ko issues ko sort out krna bhi asan ho jy ga.
