Few days ago a friend asked me this questions. But i cannot understanding that how to i give him answer. At last i said him that, bitcoin is an online currency. Only this currency used in online marketplaces. It is not possible to use it in offline marketplace like offline currency.
But what is your best answer of this question?
It Must be an online currency because without internet you can't push the transaction on the network. But... You can make an offline transaction. If you have the inputs and the private keys you can use the coin core to build the transaction. Give that code to some one as a payment and that person can push the transaction later. At end some one have to push the transaction and this mean it need a network for it. So. an offline coin would be impossible because if no one push their transactions over the network then no one can verify them as valid transactions.

In the meantime that's not possible for now, we can only use bitcoin through internet or data connection then without it of course bitcoin will be useless at all. Meaning offline is not possible in any form of digital currency.

It would not be possible, because bitcoin uses blockchain technology and it requires an internet connection. may anyone want to add or correct my opinion?

Yes, to transact in BTC we need to connect with the network. Without any internet we get isolated from the total network. But don't just the bitcoin, without the internet we are not able to use the Paypal or any kind of cards(VISA, Mastercard etc). Our banking system are very much dependent to the internet now.

Right now there is no chances using bitcoin offline but maybe this will change in the future. Maybe signals are enough to do it. On the other hand, internet is becoming a basic need now and soon every parts of the world will have internet.

it is quite impossible for using bitcoin in offline market place.since it is a online process so it is clear we have to use bitcoin in online market.it is hoped that authority must take proper steps in order to improve the stability in online market place.

Bitcoin is a free currency, and no one is in charge of you, but there is no one to protect you, and everyone needs to arm themselves by studying the principles of bitcoin. Bitcoin is a kind of network currency, which needs the support of the network to run normally. The first thing which we get to know while studying any of the crypto currency is that you need to have an internet connection as well as some wallet where you can put all your crypto coins. You need to have an internet connectivity to perform any kind of operation starting from buying of even a single crypto coin till selling it. You can’t treat any of the crypto coin like the way you use regular currencies in your daily life.

Meaning offline is not possible in any form of digital currency. We will certainly need to have an internet connection no matter what happens in this world to regulate any of the crypto currency and to make any kind of transaction as well even in the future as well. There is no such possible way in fact using which you can use any of the crypto coin like the way you sue normal regular currencies in your daily life. Having an internet connection is a must condition that needs to be fulfilled.

In case there comes a time when there will be no internet in this world, then I don’t really think so that any of the crypto coin will be able to survive and that will be because of the reason that the entire crypto market operates on the basis of internet and that if there will be no internet, you can’t operate them. It is not a possible thing to achieve and that we can’t use our crypto coins the way we deal with paper money.

your answer is correct, because bitcoin is a digital currency that can be used when there is internet network, so if there is no internet network then bitcoin cannot be used .. but despite bitcoin is online currency but you can use it offline. I mean like this many stores out there are receiving bitcoin as payment option and you can pay by bitcoin directly at the physical store. so you can not only shop on the internet using bitcoin but in offline or real world you can use bitcoin

You have to consider they are not cheap usb storage sticks but actually more similiar to an offline computer. They also sell in a niche market and develop free software for it all the time with excellent support. The price is very fair in my opinion. TBH i would even pay considerably more for it.

The Ministry of Finance proposed to introduce a ban on the sale of crypto-currency by private individuals. The department notes that bitcoins and other tokens should be classified as a financial asset and sold through the exchange. Such a measure will help protect the digital money market from illegal operations, the authorities believe. The authorities do not exactly want bitokoyn to be an autonomous currency

Bitcoin is the electronic money that is widely known today. Currently, bitcoin is not used as a foreign currency. But according to current momentum, the cryptocurrency market is growing and bitcoin is also growing. This shows that in the future nothing is impossible. Bitcoin will also be used as foreign currency. I hope so.

The world is evolving into a cashless society, and everything is revolving around the internet. I don't see any reason why cryptocurrency would want to go offline, nor is it trying. So, the answer is NO.

i don't think so because bitcoin has not been designed like gold that is easily redeemed in the offline market and You need to be connected to the internet in order to get your transactions on the blockchain.

You can trade paper wallets but overall it would need to be redeemed via the blockchain which is online.
