Can you tell me more about the technical pool? How is it formed?
The architecture of Disciplina platform doesn’t imply additional issuing. Thus, the technical pool will be formed once after the launching of MainNet. The rewards will be distributed to minters from this pool. The size of the pool will be twice as big as the number of tokens issued during the crowdsale.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I am unable to get my head around the difference between these 2 concepts. How does mintcoin differ from other coins when we say we are minting them rather than mining them?We still have to mine mintcoin if I am correct?

Right now we are mining in the traditional sense of the word, using computing power to find blocks and be rewarded Mintcoins. In a few weeks, the process of generating new coins will change to PoS, and new coins will be generated through what we're calling 'minting' - basically, you are given more coins based on how many you hold. This starts at 20% for the first year. For example, if I had 1 million coins when the minting begins, after a year, I'd have 1,200,000. This process is entirely passive and you do not have to be mining with your computer at all.

No, educational institutions and educators receive fees for the services they provide and give the data on student academic achievement on a paid basis. The payment for this data is made by HR-specialists.

Tokens will be distributed after the end of main stage of crowdsale (April 2018). You can contribute in crowdsale using ETH or BTC and receive your tokens on any ERC20 compatible wallet.
